Manager has the skills to be a General Manager and carry out one of the
following managerial tasks with an integrated professional vision
focusing especially on implementation:

Each Manager has:

a good experience as a result of roles which favour a cross-cutting and global vision of various business issues
- proven track records of success
- skills at managing project-based assignments
- an approach to achieve project targets
High
seniority managers and those who are interested in Interim Management
may apply online to become a member of Leading Network. Leading
Network selects applications according to strict criteria as to quality
of professional experience, results achieved and skills at taking on
project-based assignments. A final interview takes place if the above
criteria are met. Leading Network’s aim is to position itself at top management level and however of managers having a solid professional experience.
Selected managers belonging to our Network may:
* come into contact with high profile managers
* take part in professional training workshops
* gain new opportunities for professional exchanges
* gain new professional opportunities through the Network
Selected managers are asked:
- to comply with our Articles of Association and Code of Conduct
- take part in association’s activities, according to their available time
- share association’s costs through a membership fee (EUR 250.00)

experience as Managing Directors, General Managers and/or Business/Unit
Managers or even Executive Area Managers and especially skilled at
taking on project-based assignments. Thanks to our Network, managers
