Leading Network - For Companies

Leading Network’s managers directly and successfully experienced that Interim Management is an effective tool and especially suitable for small and medium sized companies. It actually allows companies to resort to highly qualified managerial skills, without overloading the company structure. Improvements in business performances could be huge if small and medium sized companies of the North-Eastern Italian regions choose to resort to highly qualified managerial skills for the necessary time period in order to:

- reorganize their business approach;
- modernise their own organization;
- set up integration and partnerships processes;
- internationalise their business;
- enhance their internal efficiency and recover margins;
- solve financial crisis.

Leading Network allows companies to contact those managers who are willing to take on interim management assignments, through a simple request to be addressed to our Secretary (info@leading.it).  Leading Network is not responsible for its managers’ activity, yet it periodically monitors their work, together with the client company, to safeguard the Network’s quality.


Leading Network  distinguishes itself from other associations promoting Interim management thanks to three factors:
  • its geographical nature. Leading Network only accepts managers who leave in the North-Eastern Italian regions (Triveneto, Emilia Romagna, and the Eastern Area of Lombardy) and know very well the business culture of this territory
  • its professional nature. Leading Network only gathers high-profile managers with high seniority as Managing Directors, General Managers, Business Unit Managers or Key Area Managers with a general and integrated business vision
  • its careful selection: applications are carefully examined and approved only after a personal interview to check the necessary requirements to be maintained on an ongoing basis. Its members subscribe to a code of conduct.
 
Leading Network acts to improve its members’ professional skills and carries out:

- workshops on key issues
- personal analysis
- analysis of assignments carried out within the Network
