	Giancarlo Bari - Degree in Economics and Commerce (University of Verona). Long-track experience as Head of Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain Departments of medium sized production companies, mainly market leaders in thermotechnology and beverage. At the beginning of his professional career, he also worked in the Sales and Controlling Departments, focusing on the analysis of the most important business processes, above all development and marketing of new products.
	Giovanni Bordin - Degree in Engineering. He started his professional career in the Operations Area, for local and multinational companies. In the last ten years he was Department Director, General Manager and Managing Director and developed a solid experience in the trading sector too, namely in the field of components for the building industry and interior design. An expert in restructuring and strategic consultancy.
	Antonio Bottega - Chemical Engineer, already Logistics & Purchasing Director, Production & Quality Director, and Team Leader for important investment projects (production and energy). He worked for Italian and multinational mechanical and paper companies.  He specialises in organisation, project development and business processes management, supply chain & marketing (commodity, specialty, plants) within dynamic and innovative environments.
	Matteo Capone - He has a solid experience in Supply Chain and Management within industrial companies at national and international level. An expert in planning and stock management, including processes restructuring and performances improvement of logistics, according to TQM and Six Sigma set of methods.
	Fabrizio Cavazzoni – Electronics Engineer. He started his professional career with the biggest automotive and white goods multinational companies and specialised in Engineering & Operation; already General Manager and Managing Director in Italy and abroad, he also started the start-up of several companies and plants in Italy and Eastern Europe. He specialises in business, product and processes development, start-up and business restructuring.
	Giannantonio Fiocco - Degree in Engineering at the University Politecnico of Milan. Experienced in the following industry sectors: packaging machines, automation and engineering software, furniture production, automatic machines and plants, and automotive feeding systems. Due diligence and start-up of new business carried out as a Managing Director or General Manager. Lean-Kaizen projects carried out successfully in all business areas, with a quick actual earnings increase. The deep knowledge of IT and control tools supports the quick business growth and develops knowledge networks and business know-how.
	Francesco Pontara –  Chemical Engineer with a long track record as Operation and/or Plant Manager for Italian and foreign companies, mainly in chemical, plastics and manufacturing industries, including the spinning one. He is experienced in engineering and production of installations, including the start-up of new plants, in Italy and Far East, reorganizations due to industry crisis and generational change too.
	Massimo Sainati–  Degree in General and Applied Economics (LUISS University, Rome). He held several positions as General Manager and Manager of Operations, Production, Supply Chain and Logistics in small and medium sized companies of the food and beverage industry. He speaks several languages and is able to operate in strong international markets. Among his first professional experiences was Marketing, Customer Care and Foreign Markets Sales.
	Paola Spagnolo - Management Engineer specialising in Supply Chain, Lean and Six Sigma. As a Plant Manager and Operations Director she carried out several organizational, logistics and technical review projects in local and multinational companies with special and large series products. She managed several turnaround, restructuring and production conversion projects in her fields of specialisation. President of the Study Group for CPV Production to widespread the knowledge in Operations area.
	Franco Tadiotto - He has been working as Plant and Logistics Director in consumer goods and producer durables. An expert in operations and business processes improvement, according to lean production principles and methods. Especially skilled at management, planning, organization and programming control of production, quality control and certification, purchase and shipment of import-export activities, warehouse management, after-sale assistance and business safety.
