	Federico Ferrarini - Already Finance and Control Director, General Manager, and Managing Director in several industries, such as mechanical, food and agricultural products, consumer goods and service companies. He specialises in turnaround, business restructuring and management of highly critical financial issues or serious internal conflicts.
