He started his professional career with the biggest automotive and white goods multinational companies and specialised in Engineering & Operation; already General Manager and Managing Director in Italy and abroad, he also started the start-up of several companies and plants in Italy and Eastern Europe. He specialises in business, product and processes development, start-up and business restructuring.
	Federico Celoria - Degree in Business Economy, Certified Public Accountant and Auditor. Already Accounting, Finance and Control Director in national and multinational companies of several industry sectors (textile/clothing, electronics, flow production of industrial goods), with high profile experiences in extraordinary corporate transactions, implementation of advanced information and reporting systems, business restructuring, at international level too, and management of assisted financing projects.
	Roberto Giordani - Degree in Statistics and Economics. Long-track experience as an Accounting, Finance and Control Director and also as Managing Director of cutting-edge and top manufacturing companies, industry leaders, and belonging to international groups with a modern organisation. He managed start-up operations even abroad, extraordinary transactions, restructuring and turnaround, besides implementing processes and management systems. He specialises in innovation and technological transfer.
	Gian Andrea Oberegelsbacher -  Long-track experience in managing turnaround operations, as a MD or GM, restructuring, lending support to business owners, start-up of new businesses, launch of new brands, strategic implementation and streamlining of existing businesses. Twenty years experience in highly competitive environments of marketing development for American and German multinational companies. Industries: men’s and women’s apparel, fashion and accessories, leather, fitness, working clothing, special wastes, health care, packaging and Public Bodies.
	Francesco Pontara –  Chemical Engineer with a long track record as Operation and/or Plant Manager for Italian and foreign companies, mainly in chemical, plastics and manufacturing industries, including the spinning one. He is experienced in engineering and production of installations, including the start-up of new plants, in Italy and Far East, reorganizations due to industry crisis and generational change too.
